Topics covered include layout, design, realignment & repair, hazard & structure assessment, trail standards and classification, gradient, climbing trails, corners and switchbacks. Includes a classroom session, a field session, and a practical trail construction project.

It is once again time for our Annual General Meeting. The meeting will include a review of previous years accomplishments, a financial report, and board elections, amongst other announcements. The formal aspects of the AGM will be followed by an open house and social (including beer by donation).

The United Riders of Cumberland (UROC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Dougal Browne as the non-profit’s Executive Director.
Dougal joins the team with an outdoor sport and recreation background including business development, print and electronic media, and sales and marketing for industry, as well as non-profit voluntary work and extensive trail building experience.
