Do I need a website account to become a UROC member?
Yes, if you dont already have a website account, one will be automatically created when you register your membership on the checkout page. If you have been a member in the last 2 years, you (or someone in your family) will have a website account, you can sign in by clicking the ‘My Account’ tab at the top of the page (or click here) or sign in on the checkout page when purchasing your membership.
I forgot my password and now I’m locked out of my account
A lockout is active for 5 minutes and occurs if you enter your password incorrectly 3 or more times. If this occurs, wait until the lockout clears, and then request a password reset from the login screen at https://unitedridersofcumberland.com/my-account by clicking ‘Lost your password’.
I want to buy family membership, what is the package deal?
You can purchase a family membership upto 2 Adults and 3 Youth or Juniors. If you are a 3 person family it’s better value to buy individual memberships.
Why can’t I add more family members to my family membership?
Dress appropriately for work outdoors, including work gloves and sturdy footwear. Bring water and a snack. When buying a family membership, load each family member separately, members will check mark the waiver signature for each member and then click the save family members tab to confirm and before loading the next family member. Continue to do that for all family members before proceeding to payments. You can purchase a family membership upto 2 Adults and 3 Youth or Juniors.
I want to opt out of Auto Renewal, how do I do that?
Once you have completed the purchase of your annual membership go to your account and then click on the Subscriptions tab, click the ‘view’ button associated with your subscription and uncheck the auto renewal toggle button. You can do this any time by logging in to your account.
What period is my UROC membership live?
UROC Membership is live from Dec 15th to Dec 15th for that calendar year
What happens with Autorenewal when my kid becomes an adult?
Once your Youth or Junior member reaches the age limit of their membership, you will need to sign up a new membership for that person from the membership registration page. Their old membership subscription will become inactive.
Can I donate more money?
Yes you can. Go to our website and click the Trail Boost / Donate button. You can set up any kind of payment or duration online. You will also see QR codes on all kiosk maps and pocket maps.
