UROC AGM 2025 – Save the date

The United Riders of Cumberland are excited to once again host an in-person AGM on Thursday April 3rd at the Masonic Hall, Cumberland. Doors will open at 7:40pm with AGM proceedings starting at 8pm. The AGM is a chance for members to get an update on what happened in 2024 from the Board of Directors, the Executive Director and staff. In addition to these updates, eligible 2025 UROC members will be able to participate in electing any new or returning board members. At the conclusion of the AGM there will be time to socialize with tasty beverages supported by Cumberland Brewery and some snacks. More information will be shared a week prior to the AGM including a report from the Nominations Committee, 2023 AGM meeting minutes and a draft agenda.

UROC – Annual General Meeting

The United Riders of Cumberland (UROC) is holding our Annual General Meeting on April 4th at 8pm. The event location is the Masonic Hall, 2687 Dunsmuir Ave, Cumberland.

We ask those wishing to attend to be a current UROC member. The AGM doors open at 7.45pm for an 8pm start where there will be a one-hour meeting followed by a meet & greet social until closing.

Volunteers Appreciation Night and Forbidden Druid Draw

Recently UROC held a volunteer appreciation gathering for all the dedicated volunteers who helped UROC work through another record-breaking year. Held at the Gravity Garage in Cumberland, we acknowledged the trail builders past and present, races and events helpers, Women’s group ride hosts and leaders, and the many hours of hard work that comes from the UROC board of directors. It’s all in the name of good times, riding bikes, and enjoying the thrills of the Cumberland trail network.

UROC is looking for volunteers to help with the Bike Lock and UROC Merch Table at Ribfest August 25-27th. Here are the timeslots we need some help with:

  • Saturday, Aug. 26th 4-9 PM
  • Sunday, Aug. 27th 4-7 PM

DODGE CITY ENDURO

September 3rd – UROC is looking for volunteers in various positions, including set up/tear down, registration, flagging, timing, course marshall, merch table, BBQ, and First Aid. Please sign up by filling out this short online form.
