There’s a new trail in the Cumberland network. The 4VI funded trail named Felicia has recently been completed and connects users between Race Rocks and Potluck. The name Felicia means “happy, lucky” and also means “happy things” or “happy times”. In keeping with the Race Rocks character and finding outstanding views down the Beaufort Range corridor. The trail benches along a series of rock bluffs with a Black Diamond rating and enough exposure to keep you on your toes as you thread the trails course. You’ll go past one of the biggest old growth trees in the network which stands proud, much like Big Lonely Doug in the Renfrew Valley. You’ll find Felicia marked on the kiosk maps and it’s live on Trailforks as of today. Enjoy the ride!
