Notice of Temporary Trail Closures: That Dam Trail

For Cumberland trail users, please note the following upcoming trail closure announcement of That Dam Trail, via Village of Cumberland.

October 6, 2018 – Construction work on the Allen Lake Reservoir saddle dams and access road will result in periodic closures to That Dam Trail and roads in the vicinity of the reservoir.

That Dam Trail closures are in effect 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday Oct 9th to Friday Oct 12th, and Monday and Tuesday Oct 15th-16th. Please avoid using the trail during these times, respect all signage, and follow directions of crews.

Trail users approaching the area from Teapot or Slick Rock are requested to detour via Teapot and the roads on the south and east side of Allen Lake.

Please also be aware of increased industrial traffic on Davis Lake Main from the gravel pit adjacent to Space Nugget to Allen Lake.
